Surrey and Sussex NHS partners shortlisted for 2026 HSJ Patient Safety Awards
Now in their 16th year, the HSJ Patient Safety Awards continue to shine a light on outstanding individuals and teams who are improving patient safety across health and care. As the health system undergoes major change, these awards matter more than ever. They recognise the critical work being done to address the complexities of delivering safe care amidst times of significant change and long-standing pressures.
Patient safety extends beyond clinical excellence - it is about fostering a culture of openness, learning, and collaboration while harnessing the power of technology to create safer, more resilient systems.
We are delighted to share the list of local organisations whose initiatives have made this year’s shortlist:
- NHS Surrey and Sussex ICB - Primary Care Safety Initiative of the Year
