East Sussex

One You East Sussex provides free help to stop smoking in East Sussex.

Get support from a trained adviser face-to-face, by phone, or online. You can also get stop-smoking produces and a breath test that shows how smoking affects your body.

  • Face to face: Meet with a trained adviser for one-to-one support. Get free stop-smoking products and regular breath tests.  

  • Telephone: Get support over the phone when it suits you. Stop-smoking products can be delivered to your home.  

  • Online: Follow a 12-week programme with videos, tips, articles, and other online support

West Sussex

Quit4Wellbeing provides free help to stop smoking in West Sussex.

Get free help to stop smoking for up to 12 weeks, with support available face to face, by phone or through an app. Help is provided by the Quit4Wellbeing team, local services, GP practices and pharmacies.

  • Face to face: Meet with a trained adviser for one-to-one support.  

  • Telephone: Get support over the phone when it suits you.

Brighton & Hove

The council's Healthy Lifestyles Team provides free help to stop smoking in Brighton & Hove.

Get free support from the Healthy Lifestyles Team or your local pharmacy. Support is available in person, by phone or by video call. Home visits are available for people who need them.

  • One-to-one support, with nicotine replacement products, vapes and regular breath tests to track your progress.  

  • Specialist support for young people aged 12 and over.  

  • Interpreter services for people who need support in another language.  

  • Local pharmacy support, including evening and weekend appointments, with walk-in options available.

Surrey

One You Surrey provides free help to stop smoking in Surrey.

Get support from a trained adviser face-to-face, by phone, or online. You can also get stop-smoking produces and a breath test that shows how smoking affects your body.

  • Specialist support for 11 to 25-year-olds: Support for those who would like help reducing or stopping vaping and/or smoking tobacco can be accessed via the Surrey Young People’s Substance Use Service, Catch 22 
  • Face to face: Meet with a trained adviser for one-to-one support. Get free stop-smoking products and regular breath tests.  

  • Telephone: Get support over the phone when it suits you. Stop-smoking products can be delivered to your home.  

  • Online: Follow a 12-week programme with videos, tips, articles, and other online support.
