Keeping healthy
Every young person over the age of 14yrs old who has diagnosed learning disabilities, is able to see their GP for an Annual Health Check.
This is to help keep you healthy. This is separate to your health appointment you have with your Specialist Nurse for Children In Care.
Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC)
